Megan A. Perrin PhD, MPH

Dr. Megan A. Perrin is a forensic and clinical neuropsychologist and leading expert in adolescent development, neurodevelopment, trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder and psychosis. She been conducting forensic psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for over 10 years and has been qualified as an expert witness in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Florida as well as Federal Court.

As a forensic neuropsychologist, Dr. Perrin provides specialized comprehensive assessments of cognitive, neurological and emotional functioning for criminal and civil litigation. Her role is to offer objective, data-driven insights into how normal and atypical neurodevelopment, neurological illness, brain injury, cognitive limitations and psychiatric difficulties impact a person’s behavior and decision-making capacity.

By combining clinical expertise with rigorous forensic methodology, Dr. Perrin helps the trier of fact understand complex brain-behavior relationships through clear, evidence-based reporting and testimony. She bridges the gap between complex neuroscience and the courtroom, delivering reports that are Daubert/Frye compliant and expert testimony that remains resilient under cross-examination.
